A windy wet wedding
A windy wet wedding overlooking the River Severn in Gloucestershire did not deter Clare and Andrew from an amazing day.
The weather forecast was not good and the venue, Plusterwine Farm, on the slopes of the River Severn and overlooking the tidal estuary and Severn Bridge, offered little shelter from the westerly winds driving up the Bristol Channel. Nevertheless, this windy wet wedding, based on a pagan hand tying ceremony, was a very cheerful and happy event and facilitated the comment “this is the best wedding I’ve ever been too” from one of the guests.
I do a few farm or field weddings and they always turn out to be some of most natural and relaxed weddings I see. For more on this wedding click here
